Registration The conference fee includes a copy the abstract book, coffee breaks, the gala dinner on Tuesday as well as lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. This fee does not include accommodation. The early bird tariff is applicable if payment is made before 15 March 2005 (NB deadline extended). As a rule, no conference fee will be charged to invited speakers. In addition, there are limited financial resources available to support speakers from academia. If requested, their travel expenses can be covered by the organisers. For students, admission to the symposium (without abstract book, gala dinner and lunches) is free of charge. This also applies to PhD students who submit a poster that is accepted by the Scientific Committee. (Notification of acceptance will be given by 30 April 2005 at the latest). Without an accepted poster, PhD students are required to pay the regular conference fee. Students and accompanying persons can pay for meals separately.
